Fact check: 4.5 million new jobs created under Obama?

With the Democratic National Convention in full swing, a number of party leaders are attempting to boost President Barack Obama's re-election effort by asserting that 4.5 million new jobs have been created during his term.

Typical, nothing but lies from the 0bama crowd.... Must be why they are rolling out Slick Willy to prop up the 0bama disaster, everyone knows he is a proven liar scum.

That time frame excludes the worst job losses, which took place in 2009, and which many Democrats argue were the result of Bush policies. CNN concludes: "The figure of 4.5 million jobs is accurate if you look at the most favorable period and category for the administration."


And so, when you look at it that way - it is accurate. Now can you tell me a way to look at Ryan's statement about gutting medicare that has that be accurate? how about his welfare to work statement?

So basically its like a running back who gets hit at the line of scrimmage, knocked back 5 yards but falls forwards 2 yards. Instead of a "3 yard loss" you give him credit for a 2 yard gain....

Yes... Just like Obama's budget cuts are simply reductions in projected growth and not actual budget cuts.

You can do a lot of misinformation if you know how to manipulate statistics and phrases.

Now, let's see Obama admit he was wrong on the cost of Obamacare, what it will do for America, the situation in Egypt, etc... Naah, never gonna happen because he honestly believes he is doing *the RIGHT thing*

You are actually comparing the Obama's estimation and opinion of the cost of the health care reform with Ryan's boast and coming clean over something that is obviously verifyable? Really dude? That is how you see the world? that is how you comprehend reality?
