FAA medical certificate and medical marijuana

Are there any pilots or some one who would know (doesn't have to be a pilot) if it's possible to obtain a medical/caregiver card AND an FAA medical certificate? It's obviously still federally outlawed and the FAA is obviously federally run. Since it is now possible to be a caregiver/medical user in my state I might as well become a law abiding citizen. The FAA is not cannabis friendly(alchohol is OK ofcourse), but maybe somehow the cannabis and FAA medical records never cross...

I love flying and I love weed(but never while flying; only when I'm done for the day) but don't want to give either one up. If anyone can shed some legal or medical advice, I would be very grateful.

if you went to a dispensary and got ur doctors req there instead of your regular doctor I dont think they could find out if you have a medical card its not like there is some super data base that the government holds and can look up every medical patient in the united states.. atleast i hope not...

I'm a private pilot and I never had to do a piss test for any of my third class medical exams. I don't think the FAA gets any personal medical information unless you provide it to them in a "rat yourself out kinda way". Don't tell, they won't ask.

First class medical exam for a commercial rating, I don't know anything about that. S
