When people tell on each other the feds don't charge them as "co-defendants". They protect the names of people who tell. They refer to them as CI's or CS's in the indictment. The fact that my partners and I were charged as "co-defendants" and named in each others paperwork pretty much says it all. It's fun to watch all the nitiwts get red in the face though. They are absolutely clueless.
