Hey guys this is a design i spent some time planning before building. It is rather small i know but it is designed to grow from seedlings till 2 an a half foot tall, then onto the next room. This is more so i can get a good understanding of the plant before something a little up scale.
The box itself has a wooden bay with port holes leading up to a industrial CPU fan with funnel as intake and a industrial power supply fan as an exhaust. (Providing excellent air ventilation)
The container holds 6L of water and has a 30 L pump twin outtake with two 5.5 inch circle air stones. ( In other words a shitload of bubbles)
The plant itself has been a test, this is its 4th transplant within its short life of 3 weeks from germination.
It is planted in 70% cotton 30% polyester, in a 6inch pot with lotsa holes, and surrounded by Hydrogen balls.
PH = between 6.3 and 6.6
Nutrients = 5ml Growrite Part A
5ml Growrite Part B
6L of water total
Light is cool white fluoro fully adjustable 10wat
Temp = 25deg Cel.
Light Cycle = 24 hour light 24 hour Air Flow+ Bubbles
Just think you could have one of these in your living room!
Put a Fish tank there and no one will ever know!
( The cables are normally not seen its just out so you can see it as it sits in my wardrobe)
Anyways Just thought i would share, the pictures are shit i know it looks worse then it is, new photos will be up in a few hours and tips or handy hints would be nice will be updating this as the weeks go by.
( As we speak i have another seedling in germination that will be transplanted into rockwool then mounted in second slot, as i had no rockwool at the time for a less strained grow and to compare the difference between mediums.)
