Extreme stretching !?!?

I have 4 clones of sensi star. From the start 2 of them vegged way faster than the other 2. They are now 3 weeks into flowering on the two that veg'ed fast are now stretching a crazy amount. The one grew up to an inch away from the glass on 400 watt but doesn't burn because the hood is air cooled I think. This thing grows about an inch every day and a half. Any help would be much appreciated!

If they are stretching that close to the light, They probably want more light. Post some pics of your current situation and it would help the diagnosis.
