The more problems they can find, the better for them. I would assume they will do a full inspection. Last time I used one they went into our crawl space and into the attic.

That might work. They mainly are looking for entry points and food sources.
I thought the guy was already on the way, if you have time to prep it should be fine. If you will be there, just volunteer to show him around and then tell him he isn't going in the garage attic if he asks to.
Why not tell your wife you are growing?
