Extended veg time cause problems?

Hey,

I have 6 plants that are about 3 weeks in and about 10-12" tall. Ideally I was planning on flowering them now. But unfortunately I mixed them in with 24 seedlings that have about 25 days before flowering. Would there be drawbacks to just letting the big ones veg for another 25 days to let the smaller ones catch up? Only have 1 light fixture so I can't put just those 6 in flowering..

So you're wanting to wait so that all 30 plants go into flowering, under one light?

Yup. I have no problems with my light setup. Works fine for me. Question is whether or not vegging another 3 weeks will cause anything other than taller plants?

iI'm having trouble getting my head around how you intend to flower 6 45 days plants and a further 24 25 days plants under a single light, i've seen people doing 12/12 from seed not growing out more than 10 at a time under the 1 light. Not to mention those 6 with 45 days of veg are going to then double or tripple and completely dominate the grow area and such.

And no, if you veg a plant you'll just get a bigger plant, you won't encounter any issues other than possibly needing to transplant into bigger pots.
