i was curious if any one ever took a high thc sativa or hybrid and extended the flower time until the thc started to degraded. pics and smoke reports would be nice

someone prob. has, but i wouldn't do it, couldn't. after spending months growing a plant out, i couldn't waste it by letting it over-ripen. are you wanting to do this, why?

It was a super huge yielder 5-6oz a plant in 3 gallon pots with only 3-4 week veg.

heh....last year I couldnt keep up with the crop out and let a cpl plants go a month over. 2 sativas and an indica hybrid. Didnt notice any difference in potency.... lots of pretty colors they turned tho

Yesterday i trimmed a plant that was done about a month ago. didnt have time to trim it or really even take care of it. The PH went way too low and spider mites found their way in. Once i trimmed out the spider mite nests itlooked pretty good other than a few male flowers. It looked indica dominant. the lower buds were fully developed but other than that i wouldnt recomend it. You could harvest in stages to compare it.

I had some mites so bad and some webbing I just powersprayed the shit out of em, dried really well and cut it. They hate the power spraying, they seem to not show up for awhile after a brutal sunami wrecked their shit.

Letting it go until like 50% amber trichromes will not ruin your buds. It will make a sativa more sedative and make a indica very heavy. I personally dont like the high as much, but it wont ruin them.

OG #18, it was garbage smoke but the buds were bigger than my fist and I'm 6'5 275, so my fist is huge. I had buds that weighed 3/4oz
8x8 4800w had a/c dehumidifier, just made a mistake letting that massive bud go too long.

My last run was Kosher and an unknown strain that took for ever to finish. I let the lower portions of the Kosher go while the other finished. Also was wanting to see for myself if amber meant sleepy or degradation (weak). After 120+ days and still no amber, or very little, i pulled them. What I found was the Kosher had lost some of its potency compared to the earlier harvest. Sleepy? No, dont think it was any different, just weaker. I have to admit I did ignore them near the end as they were taking so long lol.

TOOK a original haze.. and left her in my flower room for 22 weeks.. and had 50% amber 50% cloudy trichomes.. I couldn't get it to fully amber up.. and then I also let 1 die on the vine.. at 30 weeks. and was at maybe 60% amber and 40% cloudy.. it wouldn't go any further it just wilted and died out.. . they went into flower with 1 crop.. and finished up at crop 3 .. with all the other strains I had.. and it was a really weird high.. I can say this.. ive never had a more trippy feeling high before in my life.. it was like the onset of LSD.. it was very intense.. and felt like it had no ceiling.. the more you smoked the more you got high.. not stoned and lazy. but high.. it was nice.. I crossed her with a bunch of stuff. and found some that finished in 12 weeks.. and she was amazing too..
