Experimented with night foilar, bad results

so I foliar-sprayed the young ones at night with kelp and a nitrogen boost. It was 2 hours before the lights came on so I figured no mold would show and no burn would happen. Well one or the other did, or something, pictured is the result.

If anyone knows what it is, this thread could be a good source of info on the topic seeing as I can't find answers anywhere.

You mixed a little hot.... the best time for foliar is at lights on...
