hey RIU, I need a little feedback on my plants if thats not too much trouble. I just transplanted 2 of them into the ground today. anyone know what i should do now or what to expect now that the transplant is complete. things seem to be going pretty good but i would just like some other opinions.:leaf: ... thanks _$mokiee_

Did you add any nutes to the soil b4 you transplanted. In past grows I added guano (mexi) to the soil a couple of days b4 and watered the area heavy.Plants seem to rebound from the transplant quicker. Also heard that transplanting in the dark, something to do with the shock..Since it already done I'd just water real well and nutes after a couple of days..Hope it helps.Good luck

you should water them very heavily once after transplanting. and a week later resume your feeding schedule.

thanks for responding +rep.

i actually already did that. so i shouldnt water for a whole week? and will they be in shock for awhile or will they take of now that they arent rootbound. and do they look ok?

well, might not be too shocking for them, but its hard to say. You should water them when it dries out a bit, don't let it get completely dry, but mostly dry. maybe 3-4 days is a more reasonable estimate. if it looks really hungry you should feed it sooner, but you could wait a week before feeding it nutrients.

cool, actually i haven't given her any nutes yet at all. do you think its about the time to start. I heard organic bud really has a nice taste. so I was thinking about that route. any way the little plant was drooping and since the transplant shes perked up alot. any more suggestions/ do they look good? thanks for all the help. _$mokiee_:leaf: :bigjoint:

yes it is time to start! 2nd plant looks a bit yellow because there isn't enough Nitrogen. 3rd pic looks pretty healthy.

You should skip organics for now and plan on doing them next time because its very important that you mix a good organic soil in order to recieve the full benefit from organics. Just get some cheap non-organic fertilizer salts in dry or liquid form and feed the plant with those.

you could do organics if you want, I just think that organics are only worht the extra dollars if you go gung-ho 100% with them.

yup that makes sense. the only fertilizer i have is miracle gro liquid. i heard its good to start out on a quarter of the reccomended dosage and work your way up. ill probably start the ferts in a week or so. thanks for help. any tips from any1 are always welcome:leaf:

NPK (high potassium, higher phosphorous) for vegetating,
NPK (high phosphorous, higher potassium) for flowering,
if I'm not mistaken.

nitrogen can be thought of as a micro since it needs a constant value throughout the life of the plant.
