I'm a legit member of the forums.. I'm not someone coming on to drop ads. I just feel it's important to praise a company when they go beyond what is necessary for a customer.
Here is my experience with www.e-conolight.com
First off, their lights are very inexpensive ($32 after shipping for 150w HPS).
I put in my order last night at about 9pm PST. A forum buddy told me I should get an extra bulb since they are only $5.75. I called them this morning at 10:47AM PST because I wanted to add the extra bulb to my order and the guy informed me that my order had already shipped out.
I told him "Man! That's really great service. I just put it in at 9PM last night. Are you sure??"
HIM "Yeah, we process the orders pretty quick"
ME "Bummer... That's really good, but really sucks" (because I didnt want to have to pay another $10 for shipping for a $5.75 bulb but I didnt say that out loud.. Didnt even mention shipping actually)
HIM "I can go ahead and put in another order for you and waive the shipping on it"
ME " Really?? That'd be great!"
(insert credit card transaction here)
HIM "Okay, well that will be sent out today too"
Damn.. Fast!
I personally found this to be very good customer care. I mean, not only was the "problem" due to their FAST SERVICE! (god forbid) but he also hooked it up!
Anyways.. that's all. Just wanted to give props where it was due. Im not sure if there are any other companies out there right now that are doing bad service with lighting, but this one is a good one if you care.
