Exhaust or Intake in room?

I have my grow box in a bedroom and have 2 options:

1- Intake cool fresh air into my grow box from outside in the winter and from the ac in the summer and exhaust into the bedroom.

2- intake air from the bedroom and exhaust outside.

Which would be better?
 
I feel that intake will cost more money, more fans to push that air out. As for exhaust, you just need one Fan pulling all the air out.

Another note, intake might push some of the smell out of the grow area through the cracks, if it is stealthy. As for exhaust, it will pull the smell out of every crack of the grow area, then push it outside.

Do you know what I mean?
 
Option number 2, and keep in mind, if you are exhausting that air outside scometimes the Filter will wear out and you won't even notice. So, periodically during flowering stages, exhaust your air into the bedroom and check to see if the filter is doing its job. Trust me, you don't want that smell going to your neighbors, it can smell very bad.
