i cant get anywhere to get an exaulst until the weekend i am starting to build up some heat in the top of the box it is 2x2x3 feet. the girls i hope thats what they are i am calling them that they are on the bottom of the box and the light is dropped down 8/10 inches to the tops is there anything i can do until then for the heat i put 2 ice cube in the box before i left for work this morning will that help anything or did i just waste ice? i have a 70 watt hps

You need at least a pc fan to move air dude. An ice cub aint go do nuthing but melt. It doesn't create air circulation.

i have a small fan in there with no escape it is just blowing the air around you think it will be fine

Hell naw! lol You suffocating the poor thing. I know you're anxious to grow but you have to make sure your plant is at least breathing fresh air. :mrgreen:

what if i leave the door cracked about an inch could i do that you think i cant take the sides or top off it is an old trunk i have it standing on the side with some legs but i can crack the door i know i got to do something what could i do

crack the door put the fan at the bottom facing in and up.don'tforget the plants need some fresh air (outside air)

is it bad my light is leaving the box? it is bright as shit in there though it is a 70 watt hps and all white inside have the light dropped down to them about 8 inches you think i could go lower now that i have the cracked door and fan blowing on them?

.... i do not have 1 CFM running in my 4x2x6 closet.... no problems so far and they are 3 ft tall... light literally still stays 1 inch or less from em... T5 6 bulb... i dunno =/

ok i got the door cracked and a fan in there i was doing a 20/4 light schedule but fell asleep last night before 3 am and they stayed up all night and day i got home from work today about 6 pm like i said that was like about 37 hours of straight hps it is now 930 and they have been asleep for 3.5 hours or so give/take they are about 6 inches tall about to go sing to them a bit they like the star spangle banner they keep there leaves up straight towards the light like they want to swing on it like i say you think i should bring them closer to the light now that i have a fan blowing up towards the light and you think it will be bad i got the door cracked my light gettin out

got the door cracked and the fan blowing up towards the light i had them on a 20/4 hour light schedule forgot to turn off last night fell asleep they went on light for 37 hours give/take a bit they were taken out of the box while i wired a fan in there they been asleep for 3.5 hours under the bathroom sink about to wake them up and sing to them i hope they are females my first grow and put them in the fan you think it is cool to have the door cracked and all will it matter i am lossing the light out of it you think i could but them closer to the light now that i have a fan blowing in there they are about 8 inches away now and they keep there leaves pointing up to the light like they want to swing on it like a monkey bar? ty all

move your light as close as you can put the soft part of your forearm under the light for a few min's if the light burns your arm or gets way hot it's to close for the plants.
