I'm growing in an insulated garage in Canada.. Temps outside get to -40f/-40c inside the garage it sits around 10c. I exchange the air from the main garage into the grow space and maybe open the main garage door once or twice a week. Temps go from 12c at night to 25c when lights are on. I run my lights durning the night (due to the extreme temps). Everything seems to be going good to for me. Check my log if you'd I like to see.

There some serious temps so am I doing wrong by giving a 15 min exchange every hour as co2 does nothing when gals are asleep (I to light at night)so for them 12 h threw the day should I not exchange cos all it does is chill my foliage all roots are between 19c 21c as I have reptile heat pads at the bottom of each square 10l pots so the Q: exchange or not? Keep it green Smudge

Ide still exchange, but less frequently. Just make sure you have a oscillating fan moving the air around, the plants take co2 in the day and exhale oxygen in the night, both need to be moved from the leaves.
