I was standing in a Human Remains corporate office, that had a full glass front like that, one
afternoon.
There was a group of foreign visitors in the complex that day. Their tour came by as I was waiting my go at the HR reps. The first thing that came into my mind was "wow this must be how the animals in a zoo feel".

I used to travel out east a lot for work, so I spent about a quarter of my life in airports. Some of them had glass terrarium smoking rooms similar to op's pic. When you left those rooms, every inch of your body and every stitch of clothing was infused with that pungent, stale smoke smell. I'm drooling just thinking about it, I really miss smoking some times...
