Ever Mix FFOF with Sunshine Mix 4?

I usually start my seeds in the Sunshine Mix 4 then after two week use 100% ffof. Since I have I a few extra babies experiment! I'm going to mix some with 25% sunshine mix or 50/50 sunshine mix 4 and ffof? This is so the it'll dry out a little faster..

i usually mix 1/3 promix, 1/3 ffof, and 1/3 coco with added growstones and it does wonders

Pro Mix the same as Sunshine Mix 4 ? Growstones like these from home depot? Are they the same as clay hydro balls?
