i've heard addiction properties are much less in etizolam than xanax, and that seems to be proving true.
btw etizolam is a mouthful to say so i came up with a new name that is sticking pretty well round' here. i call em smurfs
so if that name becomes mainstream you know who said it first

Estimates of serum half life are 16 to 30 hours, that would make complete elimination effectively as long as 90 hours. That's three days more or less worst case - not too bad but.... I don't know about metabolic results, it is possible that you are looking at another 10 hours or more. Not the worst benzo but not the best either. If I were you id go two or three on, three or four off. Of course it also depends on your age and elimiation routes. It isn't as scary as valium or temazapam. Xanax might be more addictive but it also has a short half life, which is a good thing over all, unless you are looking to ease up on them - if that makesany sense.

I'm such a lightweight I wouldn't have ANY problems adhering to those reccomendations canndo..I probably would only take a half to start out with(I know,I'm a wuss..lol)..

It probably has a similar dependence liability to any other benzo, it's much easier to resist dosing than alprazolam which makes it harder to catch a habit. I can take one of these and not get the urge to take another one.
I call them Eddy's.

Most benzos don't do shit for timing and I think if you recorded a session while taking them and listen the next day you'll see what I mean.

I'm getting 10 of the for @10$..I'm sure I'm not getting ripped,its a good friend who just happens to be helping me..I haven't bought drugs in forever so I really wouldn't know what even a vailum costs..but I'm sure at a buck each its a good deal.

In the end if you want to play WELL its done sober as all hell and high on the music. Even weed ruins timing, makes you fall out the pocket easily. Altered perceptions are great for creativity but useless for superior motor function as required by virtuoso musicianship IMO
