Epsom salts foliar spray?

Guys how the epsoms are used as foliar? I know the dosage is 1tbs per gal but give me your lights in some questions:
1) can I use the same time when plants being watered?
2) what is the proper temperature for the use?
3) the whole plant has to been sprayed or only a few leaves?
4) foliar spray on bud sites and pistils is ok?
5) light on or lights off?
6) if lights are on should they be raised?
7) do I spay till the plant looks total wet?

yes you can use the same time as watering,
room temp water is best
the whole plant needs to be sprayed, but i would add it to your plant water
lights on if your watering, but if folier spraying turn the lights off or take out of the tent and spray it. then you have to spray it with water the next day
6} yes, but as i said, best with lights off and allow to cool down first7} yes spray till totaly wet
