epsom question

Im using foxfarm ocean forrest now. I added 1:1 perlite. I have some Espoma Epsom Plus would this be alright to add to the soil? I had a buddy who grew lots of lr strains and even crossed a few himself. Should I take his advice? and will this be alright to add to the soil for any strain? Thankkkk you.

There is some positive stuff on the web about the Espoma product.. i would personally add it with caution.. The foxfarm soil is good stuff.

and garden where did you get your cfls at? I got some full spec. ones but they arent as high wattage as yours.

CFLs .. got them a HD for $4.96... They were 50% off because the electric company was subsadizing the BULBS!!! : )
