if stinky pants can do an EO for 1.73T for a TAX CUT FOR THE WEALTHY, then why can't Biden do an EO for the 1.9T for SURVIVAL BECAUSE OF STINKY PANTS..WTF was Reconciliation all about?

So the Parlimentarian says 'no' to $15..what happens if we JUST FUCKING DID IT? what about carving out and EO for the $15?

Trump didn't do a EO (Executive order I think is what you mean) for the tax cut. I remember the little bending of a knee he forced all the Republicans to do after they passed it. So not sure what you mean about that one.

The executive branch does not have the power to cut or raise taxes.
