Enough room for my while?

I've got a 10' by 10' by 4'4" high. Is the ceiling to low for the plants or is there a way to keep them short and still get a nice yield? I've been wanting to try topping but this is my first indoor grow and if I do top will 4'4" be high enough to get any real weight from the girls?

sog/scrog/lst are your best friends when you have height issues...lots of guides on the subject. You can also do a short veg cycle(2-4 weeks depending on the strain), then switch em to 12/12, but I'd suggest just tying down the branches and you should get good results! good luck!
