enough light??

will this CFL Lights > CFL Grow Lights > Budget 200W CFL System be enough for an 8 sq. ft. tray at about 1 ft. away??

I have something similar to that, and even with it, the light penetration on the bottom of the plant is pretty poor. That is a great choice for the Kola, but you may want to add side lighting, perhaps 42 watters.

what do you think about 2 55 watters on the sides or the cheaper method which is getting one 105 watter.
