Enough Light??

I have 2 bagseed plants that i want to veg to about 9 or 10". my light setup consists of 4 23w 6500k cfls and 1 26w 2700k cfl totaling 118w, all have a reflector. i am wondering if this is enough to veg the plants to the said height because after i see if there are females, even if i have 2, i am going to flower only one and then have 2 26w 2700k, 2 40w 2700k and 2 23w 6500k cfls totaling 155w. any suggestions will be appreciated.

also i am fertilizing with Alaska fish emulsion and foliar feeding with Jacks Classic 20-20-20. i am doing an LST technique called main-lining, and they both have been topped twice so i will get 4 colas. they are on week 4. if pics are needed please let me know

Yea for veg that's fine... When you get to flowering 100w per plant is sufficient. With cfls the more the better on the other hand :D

I don't suggest using cfls they are the most unefficient lights to grow with especially for flower.

I would use something different but for my situation, cfls are by far the best way to go. Last grow i had 2 plants under ~130w cfls and i yielded around 30 grams. For this grow i wanted to up the wattage slightly but only flower one plant to see what my yield would be compared to last years. also i want to see how this main lining technique turns out

so are cfl's equal to hid light on the veg stage? i figure it is more efficient on energy cost. need to not spend all that money

Yea, the ones higher on the kelvin scale are.( e.g. 6500k).. hid's are a lot more powerful. Would pick hid over cfl if i had a choice. but, cfls will get the job done. I always use cfls. Right now im vegging with 2700kcfls and flowering with hps.
