I can't find any useful specs on that fixture other than wattage.
It uses epistar leds, so at best I'd say that it's capable of producing 2.0umoles/watt.
1200 umoles ppf distributed over the 1.5 sq meters in a 4x4 should give you an average ppfd of 800 across that area.
That should work quite well.
