Energy Station Cali Ballast

Bought the 1k Cali ballast back in 2016 and it's having some issues cycling itself on and off.. Not just the light but the ballast as well.. Tried new bulbs, new plugs, new timers.. Stays on for about 15 min and starts cycling on and off.. And since the ballast itself is cycling (not the bulb) it hot strikes my bulbs and they instantly come back on as if there was a power outage.. I've seen bulbs cycle on this ballast normally it has a start delay, so I know it's not the bulbs..

Anyway I can't go take this ballast back to the shop as they went out of business a year ago..
Also can't find ANY contact info ANYWHERE to get ahold of Energy Station!! I know she is still under warranty and even though I have an Apollo on the way, I'd like to get the faulty one fixed as well lol.. Anyone had issues with or had to contact this company? How'd you do it??!?

Capacitor is shot. No warranty is going to cover this and no returns on electronics. Ballast needs to be replaced.

Unless you know an electronics tech or guitar amplifier tech. Still by the time you identify the cap and order it, solder it in - buy a new ballast.

New ballast = problem solved thank you
