end of flowering, hermie?

alright i dont know how it happened but one of my girls has seeds coming through, its like week 7 of flowering and i was cutting some of the upper buds because they were ready and noticed the balls, seems to be the only one with seeds. Can you hermie from flowering too long? What should i do, chop down the whole thing, let it finish for another week, does this mean its stopped budding, what do i do???

well id cut it because id its turned it will stop budding and go into seed making i no u can heat stress a plant into a hermi
