Empty space

I have a glass tube that I blow through and it fits just over 2 ounces, I have an O that I wanna do a run with. Would you recommend putting something to fill some of the empty space? Or should I just let it run down the sides? Any help would be appreciated
 
Ok thanks man, should I use a little more butane when running it through the filters? Just seems like they would soak up some if the butane
 
5% more maybe if that.... dont worry about it.
sometimes i fill it with pre rinsed weed that i save for some reason

I do this also, I dont know why it pains me to throw it away. It does make a good filler though, it always seems like the second run packs up better than the first and leaves room for a smidge from the previous run.
 
Doesn't your end product come out dark when you use material from previous washes, if I'm not going to use it right away I throw it away I wont even use it the next day if it sits more then a couple hours its garbage imo
 
my second run comes maybe a shade darker, but not much at all. (and the taste/potency is still there) I have some ready for a second run, just waiting for my new slick stacks to get here today. I will try to put up a comparison pic if i can. When using it for filler it is a smaller ratio, so I don't see a difference then.
