I've used white paint my whole life but I feel like it doesn't do the job that well although I think it reflects more then mylar. Also the reason I'm using these is also because it's like 55 degrees in my house ALL THE TIME. I was hoping the mylar would preserve some of the heat that cones off my HPS To keep my grow at a decent temp. Panda is cool, that's the one with the sticky side right? I've used it to make a tent a few years ago

I would suggest panda plastic also. It's black on one side, and white on the other. myler is a pain in the ass and scuffs up easily.

reflectix is r-6 value if I recall and expensive.
As for as reflecting heat of mylar in.....I don't see how it would make much of a difference. But I don't know for sure.
But yeah mylar is like impossible to hang from a roll by yourself without creasing which create hotspots, and hard to clean, and just fragile in general.
