emergency help needed

First day turning the lights on and it interferes with my cable modem! When I turn the light on I have no cable internet only TV.

How do I go about fixing the problem ASAP? anyting I can buy at lets say liek walmart or lowes

I found 1 outlet in the room out of 3 that does not interfere with my cable internet. So I should be good to go? It wont interfere with neighbors will it?
