A week a go I started germinating BlueBerry seeds from Dutch Passion....it took quite a bit before the seed cracked open, 5 days into the germination process only a small white tail of taproot was visible. It was very slow in growing out....3 days later the taproot grew out like crazy. Yesterday I put in Fertilized soil (compost soil) mixed with Micorizza Soil (soil with beneficial fungus for root growth)......this all happend at night.
I woke up in the morning and saw that the embryonic leaves came out completely out of the seed shell and it came out of the soil with tremendous growth overnight, BUT the embroynic leaves came out yellow!?!?!?!?!

It´s as if the plant is dying, but that´s not possble since it grew overnight like crazy, why are the leaves yellow? it´s actually pale yellow, with no green colors whatsoever!! the plant is outside in the sunlight, hopefully when I am back from work it will restore itself with sunlight.

Total germination period took 8 days in total, germantion was verryyy slow!!! 2 other seeds from the same pack of seeds are just begining to grow taproot from the shell.

anyone has an asnwer why the leaves are pale yellow? I am not using any nutrients !!! I've used the same germination process with other seeds, and they all came out great....

P¨S: I´m a newbie grower!!
