Elimating Smell

Hi all, I have a great grow in progress now 6 weeks plants 3 to 4 feet, due to the fact that I live in a Tropical climate and have to contend with 100+ degree temps I put a 5000 BTU A/C in a 9 Sq foot box (72" tall). The air gets recirculated, I have a box exhaust and lamp exhaust fans, the grow box is in my garrage. Up to this point, I don't smell a dam thing unless I open the grow box door. I've been feeding my plants the condensor water, it measures 20 PPM and the plants seem to be loving it. Please give me a break, I know how to spell eliminate.

Thanks

They don't smell too bad because they aren't flowering yet. I bought a foothill carbon scrubber. Search ebay for foothill filters. I've been very pleased with the performance of these. Others have given positive feedback on them as well. Plants look great btw!

a carbon filter is the way to go, I have an ozone generator the OZN-1 it works well for my NL but I'm not sure if it could handle some more of the smellier strains.

i have a SMALL grow box w/ 2 plants in my garage flowering and it smells like a skunk died in there. would a box of baking soda work in my small space? i have no $ or room for a scrubber

Thanks for the input, I've done some reading and found that due to the fact the the humidity is always very low, it helps reduce the smell. I just put them into flowering, when and if it becomes a problem I'll get a carbon filter. Thanks for all the advice.

Better safe than sorry. Even though I don't care what the car thinks about the smell I do care about what my neighbors might think. I have a 20" exhaust fan mounted in a window sucking the garage air out.

I just went out and bought a small stand alone carbon filter big enough for a 7' by 7' room, my box is 9 sq feet and 72" high. I have options on how to install it. So I hope this will reduce the odor when it arrives.
