The base in use is stated as 1.1475 mS (ec) on a 2-1-4 ratio at 1g/l (30ppm P). When manually used with run off and no blumats it was 1gl base, 0.5gl calN and 0.5gl epsom + 0.05 to 0.15gl mpk. The total elemental ppm was around 820 to 900 ppm. No idea what that means in ec. However I think it's on the heavy side even with run off.
Would I drop the base to around 0.75g/l for blumats? (the K elemental ppm will be 198, dunno if that will build up too much)
Cal N - would 0.4gl be ok?
epsom - 0.30gl?
What value would mpk go in at? I was thinking 0.05gl maybe 0.10 max near end?.
I don't know what this would then all total in EC?.
I understand a lot of people are using ppm meter reading but maybe not very helpful, so respectfully can you offer specific advice to ec/elemental ppm values above, cheers.
