Some opinions on that lamps (link). It's made for vegitative growth and flowering. There are not mentioned any lumens. But the lamp is made for growing it can't be that bad.
My grow area is about 0,5 sq. meters (about 5 sq. foots if I'm not mistaking) so I think 2x200w or maybe 3. I am not really sure, what do you guys think?
