Electric lighter???

so i was watching some weed vids on youtube of the cannabis cup 08 and the vendors have some sort of lighter, i want to know what it is because i want one! it seems to use electricity and not butane or whatever lighters use. i ABSOLUTLY love somoking im my car because i can light my bowls with the electric car lighter which improves the taste in every occasion even when smoking mids. (which has been a while haha)

i need me some electric powered lighters!
