I have some edible extract in my fridge.
It's mainly coconut oil, with some butter and lecithin.
But not normal lecithin it came from gel caps (1200 mg cvs brand) they contain soy lecithin, gelatin (bovine) and glycerin.
I know the butter and coconut oil should be fine and this was made only a month or two ago.
I probably added over an oz of it to maybe a cup or so of oil. I forget how much I made
But my question is does any of that stuff go bad and do I have to be concerned about anything? Will I get sick or be fine. Thanks
