does anyone use 1 of the ecosystem vertical growbox`s ya know the ones like a coke can ?

cos ive just bought one and would like to know how well they work and a rough guide/ratio plants to drybud

probably but time wasnt on my side and needed a quick fix
i paid £1500 inc 2 carbon filters new rockwool slabs 2 600w bulbs and 1 spare
 
Damn dude you could have prob built it for half the price
I guess if you are willing to blow money like that than whatever
You going to have a journal?
 
not sure i was thinking about rigging a time lapse camera up inside her so people can see the full grow

Yes, you can tie them down with some rope so that they will grow to the side a bit and not straight up. adjuct ropes gradually. That thing is awsome! PS dont be so impulsive and buy things without reasearching them first.. could waste alot of money, take it from me =P
 
i`m guessing u mean buying the system ? well i bought it from a friend to help me and him he had alot of debts and required quick cash.

i mean i'm not sure what it would have cost to build this - never mind the amount of TIME you would have to put in to build a system this detailed. But, I found these online for like £2,200 - I'm not even sure if that's the cheapest price on the web or anything - It's just the first website i found that was selling it. But regardless, it seems like on the actual item you got - you made a good purchase. If I was at the point, where I could confidently spend that type of money - shit, I would probably buy one too.

wow, that actually looks pretty bad ass! I'm assuming it's for flowering....how many plants could you fit inside that? Like only one or two?

It'smore like 100- 150 not sure the ones i've seen are for flowering tons of small plants
 
150 plants?! Bajezus! The thing looks pretty genious. It won't leave a grow room all sprawled out where it's easily seen, and you can still get what, like an ounce a plant or something? With those kinds of figures, you would get just as much with that barrel full of wee plants as you would from like 10 or 12 full size, fully grown plants. I like it!

Edit: Is this like a variation of the sea of green technique?
