econowing light system

I just bought a 400watt HPS econowing system that comes with everything it was 165.....i bought it cause it was cheap compared to the others...Has anyone used it or know anything about it? will it get the job done? and when do you think i should start using it over my FLOU?

It'll be much better than flouros. The econowing is tougher to cool off though since it's completely open air. Make sure you've got a fan pointing at it.
