Hello i'm 27 days into switching 12/12 on my 3 cheese plants in bubble buckets and they seem to be doing ok. But my ec keeps rising which i know means they are drinking water and not feeding, here's an example yesterday i topped up with fresh water to bring ec levels to 1.6 and then this morning I checked and 1 was at 2.6 with the others 2.2 and 2. So today iv brought it down to 1.3 respectively. This is my first time with dwc my roots are big and fine and the plants look ok to me so should i just carry on as i am?? Im used to feeding quite high ec around this time with cocoa but not sure with this dwc....here's some pics
Oh yes my temps are highest 30c at canopy level (it's summer here) but average is 29 lights on and 24 lights off.

i always lower my e.c in flower. just listen to what your plants are telling you and you cant go wrong. if e.c is rising feed less. listen to the plant it knows what it wants

also i have had some plants run as low as .5 ec in flower i know how crazy that sounds but they were stunning beauties all covered in frost so i must have been doing something right. listen to the plant i cant say it enough

Thanks for quick reply 2easy. I will check ec tomorrow and if it still rises i'l drop it to 1 and so on. It just seems strange having to lower the ec as the plants get more mature and bigger lol

yep and everyones probably going to tell you to keep them high and honestly you can if you want it wont hurt them they can handle the high e.c it just seems like a waste when they arent using it and the plants seem happier when its lower anyway
