ebb and flow feeding times

hi i have a ebb and flow system i currently feed 3 times a day when the lights are on there 18 hours on cycle, i would like to know when to increase the times my girls are on week 3 of veg

Give 'em another week and increase frequency of floods. They look like they're staying pretty low, so you can safely veg 'em out some more imo.

they do seem very short tho, do they stretch more in flower

You're doing a good job at keeping them low. There is no such thing as too low in my book. They can triple in height and overall mass in flower.

Give 'em some more veg time to develop those shoots left on the stalks u topped from. Once you see a pattern of developed tops forming the upper canopy, you should start to flower.
 
they are short probably because the root system is getting set. If that is hydroton in the basket, which is what i use, I run ebb and flow and water 8 times a day in flower, but by flowering time the root system is pretty large. if you are drain to waste and don't want to waste water, you can water less. Hydroton can hold water for quite a long time.
