Ebay package deals

Hey i was lookin at a couple of what seemed to be pretty good deals on grow equipment on ebay and was wondering if anyone knew if they were any good or not. One was a complete hydroponic system and another a 400w hps and ballast setup....here are the links:

that is definitely a good deal. now i know what to do when i get my hydro set up going. i have a friend who spent $450 on a 400w HPS, reflector, and ballast, which is too crazy

that hydro setup is something you could make better yourself. there are directions on this site to do so.
and with hoods and ballast. you get what you pay for.
it will suck electri. and not be as bright as a good one,

the hood wont reflect as much light.my cheap ballast ran super hot and after like six months it would restart irself every minute or so. and start up suchs the most energy.
not trying to be a dick. i just wasted alot of money trying to save money on the wrong stuff.
