My outdoor plants, almost all of them have holes in the leaves that start in the center and work the way out. Also some plant leaves are being eating from the outside in. Can someone help me and suggest what to do? I put beer out incase of slugs... So far havent caught any (week 2).

i have these bugs. they look like a green ladybug. they have been eating the crap outta my leaves. the plants are big enough that it is not effecting them but i don't like it.

You can get pellets from you local garden store that deter slugs, ants, snails and caterpillars. They're fairly cheap.

some people are leery to spray anything on thier plants

That's kindof why I'm asking the question since my thinking is that I should use neem oil every to help make sure something doesn't get to my plants especially at one site I may only see once every few weeks. I ask hoping someone will step in and say a lot of growers do that and it's just fine or tell me why it might not be a good idea- makes the weed taste like crap or something.
