EasyRider Wont Flower Help!

its been about 23 days since i planted my baby and shes lookin nice and strong. but shes showing absolutely no signs of flowering. shes suppose to be femized and idfk what to do. Any suggestions?
 
i dont know the exact specs on my lights but i have 2 2700 cfl's and 4 cfl's between 5000 and 5500. ive also already started feeding her tiger bloom and big bloom from FF.
 
they usually start flowering at about 30/35 days I think. my supposed easyryder (top left) didnt flower, it was planted at the same time as the lowryder in the bottom right.

Holy shit looks beautiful. how many you got there and how much u expecting dry weight?
 
thats just one plant mate, the one with the screen on it in the first pic. hoping for 6oz dry as a reasonable estimate.
 
coco my friend, she was vegged for like 8 weeks while the others caught up. I was asking people when I was worrying about it not flowering and they all told me not to start worrying until day 40, so you've got ages man.
