Earth Juice Root Stock Cutting Solution

Got a whole bootle of this stuff. pH is like really low 4 or something like that. I'm guessing I've got to have it pretty dilute or put some base into it to get it to work right.

What do I use this stuf f for? I'm guessing it can be used for a number of things. Anyone with experience with the solution please lend a hand. I'd like to use the stuff since I actually bought it.

Can it be used for germinating instead of cloning?

Does it make a good additive for the weekly tea brew?

Can I water my compost pile with it?

Any useful suggestion would make me happy, since the shit's just sitting on my shelf... you know I mean.
