Early veg problems

ok ive sususeffuly germ'd all my babies, and i put them under 150w cfl fter sprouting. they are in 8" white plastic cups and i've been watering them regularly as the soil gets dried in seedling soil. now about 5-6 days in it seems they've stopped growing. whats wrong plz?

Hard to tell with out pics... but if they just stopped and still look healthy maybe it's time for a shot of low strength nutes? PEACE
