Early Signs Of Powdery Mildew??

So I am wondering if I have early signs of powdery mildew. This is my second indoor soil grow from (feminized) seed, and am having a great time. But am getting a bit worried, first only one plant showed symptoms and seemed to quickly recover (its a fast growing plant so may have hid the symptoms as it grew) now another has shown signs. I have included a picture of my veg tent and only one picture of the sort of signs I am seeing, as my camera sucks and this pic most accurately depicts my problem. Under 30x magnifier I can see what seems to be small growths almost resemble trichomes , which may also be viewable if your device if it can zoom in on "symptom" picture.

Also my hygro/ thermometer records a high of %82 relative humidity at night (which.I.know is too high and am currently working on) and a %65 RH during lights on (also seems a little high)

Any and all opinions/advice is very much appreciated.

Excellent looking plants in my opinion, I'd be proud of them if I were you.

Don't fret over every tiny discoloration. If they look good from 3-4' away, chances are they are fine.

I'd try to get the humidity down a bit also. They are obviously thriving in the environment but that might change as they get toward the end of their cycle. The more leaves you have, the ore they will transpire and your rh is gonna creep up on you.

If you do find PM then 1 part milk to 9 parts water in a sprayer sprayed once
will rid the PM with not a single ill effect to the plants. This is what they use
in big agricultural grows and guaranteed to work also a dehumidifier will help
bring down the RH.
In the close up pix it doesn't look like PM.

Big agro using milk? I gotta see that. What's your source?

I see leaves like that sometimes when I'm using too much stimulants. Specifically any sort of root stim, like green fuse.
