early flowering outdoors in nor cal

last year was great healthy 5' foot ladies that started to flower in late Aug. this year that wasn't the case. i did every thing the same except for clone provider and strain.last year i grew white widow, sour d, martian mean green,blue dream,double dream and purple kush.they all were from blue sky cafe except the mmg but all did great.this year i went with six different strains from harbor side super sour og, chem4, dead head, purple caddy, strawberry cough and agent orange.this year all my ladies started to flower in the first week of August. but the chem4 and super sour re-vegged two weeks later. i don't know what happened i did every thing the same nutes garden location and planting.Ive asked a few friends who also grow out doors and more then half of them dealing with the same problem.is any one else having the same problem or have any idea what it could be?

It my be because the earth has tilted slightly. Look it up. Have you fellas had a lot of rain with massive dark clouds for an extended period of time?
