The plants have all received the same nutes at 1/4 strength. The only ones effected are the 2 that are pollinated.

The trichs appear to be all clear, I would wait until they are all cloudy with a few amber colored.

Definitely much more time is needed.

Imo you should start cutting back on your nitrogen too if you are bottle feeding.

When you make seeds it's better to push it more. When I make seeds I don't look at trichoms or pistols (you shouldn't have any...)
You should look for seeds pooping out, the one on the stem will pop first, the one in the flower are hard to check, just go and sacrifice one.

*make seeds always damage potency and yield. Roughly 50% loss

There are tricombs on the buds of both pollinated plants, and pistils as well, also can see the seed pods. I've always seen trics and pistils on
seeded weed?

You will always see trichs, but pollinated flowers are less strong. If you got rid of the male early you will have white pistils as well.
Take one seed from the middle (not the stem) and see how it looks. Even if it's not brown it should have some colors. It shouldn't be pale white.

*Don't wait for all seeds to mature, there will be some tiny pale seeds.
