Dying Leaves

Im in week 4 of flower I believe, and the plants are starting to kill off the bottom leaves, along with the rolling of some of the leaves

this is only happening in 1 of my 2 flowering plants on a bigger scale then the other

i had bad nute burn problems in the past so im very skeptical to think that this is just the plant in the flowering cycle

what should I do to slow this down? and is this normal> or is this something I dont think it is?

Yeah more info...but it looks like burn on those leaves that were pulled.

yeah i rarely use nutes, they have gotten maybe 1/4 nutes once in the past 2 weeks

and they get light from all sides (cfl and t5)
