Dying Bud... turning brown

Gday all... not too sure whether its worth the worry really because Im only really a few days out from harvest, but Im noticing the colas on my 2 plants are seeming like they are drying on the plant, One of the colas has a patch about 1" that is dead and turned light brown...doesnt seem to be mold, this morning that brown had spread a little, just wondering whether anyone can tell me if this is normal

looks pretty normal 2 me, happened to an outdoors a couple of years ago, turned out fine
