I use Rapid Rooter instead of RW but if that's what you want to use, knock yourself out.
I would get the plant established in a tray. Once it is, then you can put it into your net pots and rock the bucket.

Into the rockwool then don't ever let it dry up

I would treat it like a clone. Use a double tray. One to hold the RW or Rooter with holes to drain and a full tray to set that one inside of. Keep the medium moist but not soaked and never dry. (if the medium sits in water it will wick it up and drowned the plant. It must be able to drain.)
Once you see roots poking out of the RW or Rooter, then you can get it going in your net pots. Water level touching the bottom of the net pots until roots come though that, then drop your level 3" below the net pot.

Sence you know so much about hydroponic and DWC ect. what do you think i should use as food, also how offen do i feed them with hydro poinc, last thing, lol.... whats the little ball thinggys you use along with the RW or rooter, i know it feeds then but for how long and what are they called. thanks a TON for all the help

Ball thingies? Not sure what you mean. I use a doomed tray like this.
And grow the plants until they look like this:
Then drop them into the net pots with hydroton:
I suggest you start with the basics and use General Hydroponics 3-part solution or read up on Lucas Formula using only 2 of the parts. No need for advanced nutrients for now. You'll do best with basics for now. They sit in the solution 24/7. You are ALWAYS feeding them.
